running.  ACH is a system that will automatically 
debit the amount of your water bill from your bank 
account monthly.  Filling out one form, including 
a voided check is all that is required for this 
FREE Service.  You will receive a monthly payment
advise that looks like your monthly bill so you
know exactly how much money was deducted, along
with your monthly usage.
