Comprehensive Planning is the vision and direction for growth for the Town.

Currently the Town is in the process of updating its comprehensive plan.  The major thrust of the visioning process is to determine how Oakland will evolve over the next 20 years.  What is Oakland.doc

The update process will consist of three public workshops, the first was November 16th, 2006. Our next workshop will be January 30, 2006 at 7 pm at the Oakland Avenue Charter Cafeteria.
