The Town Clerk is the custodian of the Town Seal and all Town records (including meeting minutes, ordinances, and resolutions, agreements and deeds of Town-owned property). The Town Clerk attends, records and prepares minutes for all Town Commission Meetings; provides information to the public regarding Town matters; coordinates Town elections and is responsible for legal advertisements for public hearings.
